Omar Calzada leads the technical work at OA Systems with seven years of professional software development experience building production systems for Texas state government and regulatory agencies.

That background includes high-fidelity, secure web applications and internal systems used in regulated, public-facing contexts—custom platforms for state licensing boards, credentialing programs, and compliance-driven agencies across healthcare and professional regulation.

From focused single-page applications to full-stack platforms on AWS, Omar brings the engineering rigor expected in government-adjacent environments: hardened infrastructure, careful access control, audit-friendly patterns, and maintainable code built to last.

OA Systems is a family-owned business. Omar and Ana founded the studio together—we are both engineers, and we stay hands-on from first conversation through launch.
